These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cultus Career Ready platform at cultuscareerready.com (the “Platform”), operated by Cultus Education Technology and Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Cultus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in India.

By registering, purchasing a course, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any feature of the Platform, you accept these Terms and the policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. About the Platform

Cultus Career Ready is described as the world’s first programmatic career-readiness programme. The Platform delivers a structured five-step career readiness journey comprising:

• Step 1 — Presence: Career Readiness Gap Analysis and Aptitude Test
• Step 2 — Process: Non-Technical Skilling
• Step 3 — Prepare: Industry and Geographical Alignment plus Business Communications
• Step 4 — Project: Project-Based Technical Evaluation
• Step 5 — Present: Interview Readiness

Completion of all five steps may unlock access to the Career Gateway career-guidance programme, subject to achieving the required readiness score.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Are at least 16 years of age
• Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Are not prohibited from accessing the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you may use the Platform and enrol only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any payment made. By registering as a minor, you confirm that such parental or guardian consent has been obtained.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access course content, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@cultusedu.com if you suspect unauthorised access

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Enrolment, Access Windows, and Pricing

5.1 Course access

Each enrolment grants 6 months (180 days) of complete access to the Platform from the date of enrolment (the “Access Window”), inclusive of all 5 steps of the programme. The Access Window is the same for every tier. Active career coaching on the Pro and Elite tiers is additional and tier-dependent (see §5.3).

5.2 Limited-Time Offer

A promotional Limited-Time Offer applied to CCR Essential only, for the first 555 enrollments. All 555 launch seats have been redeemed and the offer is now closed: CCR Essential is charged at its standard price of ₹8,999. The launch discount was applied at checkout and was non-transferable. CCR Pro and CCR Elite are listed at their full MRP and did not carry the limited-time discount.

5.3 Pricing & enrolment structure

CCR Essential is the mandatory starting point for every learner and is the only tier purchasable online. CCR Pro and CCR Elite are upgrades that become available only after a learner has completed all 5 steps of the Essential programme. These upgrades are not collected through the online payment gateway — they are billed separately by the CCR team. The Pro and Elite prices below are all-in (they include the Essential programme):

• CCR Essential — ₹8,999 (standard price; MRP ₹9,000; the ₹4,499 limited-time launch price for the first 555 enrollments has been fully redeemed). Includes the full 5-step programme, Personal Readiness Score, mock interviews, portfolio project, the Career Guidance Hub, and certification. Complimentary career guidance and mentorship unlock on completion of all 5 steps at a 5-star rating. Paid online at checkout.
• CCR Pro — ₹18,749 all-in. Everything in Essential plus a dedicated career coach and mentor, sector-tuned resume and LinkedIn rebuilds, weekly career-search strategy coaching, mock interviews with industry experts, recruiter-perspective masterclasses, interview and offer-negotiation coaching, and active career coaching for six months post-completion. Available after the 5 steps; billed separately, not via the online gateway.
• CCR Elite — ₹1,49,880 all-in. Everything in Pro plus international language training, country-specific market and workplace-culture prep, a visa and work-permit process-awareness module, international employer-landscape and market insights across 13 countries, country-norm resume and profile rebuilds, a 1-on-1 international career coach, and active career coaching for twelve months post-completion. Available after the 5 steps; billed separately, not via the online gateway.

All CCR services are educational, training, and career-coaching (advisory) services. CCR is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or job-placement service, does not act as an intermediary between learners and employers, and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cultus reserves the right to revise pricing for new enrollments at any time; existing learners are not affected.

6. Assessments and Academic Integrity

Our Platform uses assessments, quizzes, and AI-powered interviews to evaluate your progress and generate your Readiness Score. The following rules apply:

• All assessments must be completed independently and without external assistance
• Switching browser tabs, pressing ESC, or clicking outside the assessment window during an assessment will trigger an automatic submission as an anti-cheating measure — no retakes will be granted on this basis
• You must score at least 4 out of 5 correct answers to pass a module assessment
• Any attempt to manipulate your Readiness Score or assessment results may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all fees paid

7. Career Gateway and Career Guidance

7.1 Eligibility

Career Gateway is a complimentary benefit available to CCR Essential learners who:

• Complete all five steps of the CCR programme, and
• Achieve a 5-star overall readiness rating in Career Ready within the program validity period

On CCR Pro and CCR Elite, active career coaching and guidance begin on enrolment (after the Essential 5 steps are completed) and are not subject to the 5-star unlock condition.

7.2 Scope of Support

Career Gateway support includes a 1-on-1 career counselling session, resume and LinkedIn coaching, and personalized career-readiness guidance. This support is advisory and educational. Cultus does not introduce learners to employers, act as a recruitment intermediary, or guarantee interviews or job offers; the learner remains responsible for their own job search.

Cultus does not guarantee a specific job offer, employer, salary level, role, or timeline. Placement outcomes depend on market conditions, employer decisions, and individual performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, micro-lessons, assessment materials, project briefs, the 5P Framework, and the CCR Readiness Score methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Cultus Education Services and Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your active enrolment period. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content
• Share your login credentials or course access with third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform feature
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from Cultus

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s servers, networks, or security systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating on assessments

10. Suspension and Termination

Cultus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Breach any of these Terms
• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Engage in academic dishonesty or fraudulent conduct
• Fail to make payment for purchased services

Upon termination, your access to all course content will cease immediately. Refunds upon termination for cause are governed by our Refund Policy.

If Cultus terminates or discontinues your access without cause— for example, on closure or discontinuation of the Platform — and you have not breached these Terms, Cultus will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your access period, calculated from the date access ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cultus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cultus does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malware
• Any specific employment or salary outcome will result from completing the programme
• Information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Cultus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of employment opportunity.

In any event, Cultus’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Cultus in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by Cultus shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Amendments

Cultus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
